2 days ago, we had the honor of attending the Bastille Day celebration at the French Embassy in Kosovo. The event was a memorable experience filled with vibrant festivities, cultural performances, truly capturing the essence of this French national holiday. Burim Mirakaj, CEO VINCI Energies DACH & CEE ICT and our local management team Pjeter Gojani and Viktor Marku were invited to join this event.
Axians strong cooperation with the French Embassy in Kosovo, led by Ambassador Mr. Guerot, made this initiative possible, showcasing our commitment to multinational collaboration. We were also delighted to meet the Mayor of Prishtina, Mr. Rama, and Minister for industry, entrepreneurship and trade Ms.Hajdari at the event. It was a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our ties and celebrate this significant occasion together.

We are grateful for the support of the top management and their time for exchange with employees. We really appreciate the top management`s perspective on our continued growth and our commitment to delivering excellence and quality.
The opening of our new Telecom Infrastructure Training Center marks a significant milestone. This is the place where we will train and educate professionals and apprentices to help our teams in Germany and Switzerland meet the high demand for broadband expansion with additional resources. It represents our commitment to training and development, enhancing skills and equipping our people with the right knowledge and tools to succeed.
This state-of-the-art facility will be an international hub for employee learning, collaboration and professional development. Our apprenticeship and qualifaction programs will include technical trainings (splicing, laying and installation of fibre cables, civil engineering, distribution housings, measurement, 3D planning), German language trainings and courses on elements of the VINCI Energies corporate culture (e.g. values, safety culture).
We are excited about the opportunities this will bring to our team and the positive impact it will have on our community. Together, we are poised to achieve great things and drive Axians Kosovo`s vision forward.
